The conference aims to bring together scholars to share their research relevant to socio-economic status, gender inequality, racial inequality, and more. Attendees will include academics and PhD students at all levels of experience and involved with all aspects of theory and practice in human resources, organizational management, and social psychology.
Abstract Submissions (Doctoral Students Only)
Doctoral students at all levels are invited to submit an abstract to present their research related with inequality at work in all areas of human resources, organizational behavior, social psychology, and where these areas may overlap. This year’s conference will feature four “flash-talk” presentations (5-7 minutes) from doctoral students.
To be considered, please submit a one page, single spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font abstract to this submission page. Accepted formats: PDF or Word Doc. Do not include your name or any other identifying information in your abstract file.
